Purchasing a karaoke track does not transfer ownership of the original composition or grant rights in the original sound recording.
Original-song previews and external media
Where the website embeds or links to an original song, video or third-party preview, that media remains hosted by the relevant external platform or rights holder. Musiq Karaokes does not sell the original commercial recording through such links and is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms.
Use of purchased karaoke files
Purchased files are supplied for the customer’s personal practice and performance use unless a separate written licence states otherwise. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions, public-performance licences, synchronization rights, publishing permissions or platform clearances required for concerts, broadcasts, recordings, commercial releases, social-media uploads or monetised videos.
Accuracy and variation
Karaoke tracks are produced or arranged as instrumental recreations. Instrumentation, timing, key, chorus treatment and musical details may differ from the original recording. Product previews and descriptions should be reviewed before purchase.
