Musiq Karaokes supplies digital karaoke products. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no physical delivery charges.
How to place an order
- Search or browse the Karaoke List and open the product you want.
- Listen to the available preview and review the song details.
- Select the required MP3, WAV or MP4 option shown on that product.
- Add the selection to your cart and review the format, price and quantity.
- Proceed to checkout, enter the requested billing information and choose one of the payment methods currently displayed.
- Complete payment and wait for the order confirmation page and email.
- When the order is marked Completed, download the purchased files from the order page or My Account > Downloads.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may change from time to time. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider. If a manual or offline payment option is offered, delivery will begin only after the payment has been verified and the order is marked Completed.
Digital delivery
Completed orders receive access to the exact karaoke version selected during purchase. Registered customers can return to My Account > Downloads. Guest access, where permitted, is available through the verified order-received session and order link.
Each purchased file is normally available for 365 days from order completion and for up to 15 successful downloads. These limits help protect the digital product. Contact support with your order number if you have a genuine technical problem.
File formats and internet connection
Products may be offered in MP3, WAV or MP4 format depending on availability. Video karaoke is available only where specifically stated. High-quality audio and video files can be large, so a stable internet connection is recommended. Please verify device compatibility before purchasing.
Pending or failed payments
A download is not released while an order is Pending, Failed, Cancelled or Processing. If money appears to have been debited but the order is not completed, first check the payment-provider or bank status. Reversals for failed transactions are controlled by the bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
If payment was successful but the order remains pending, contact us with the order number and payment reference. Do not send full card or banking credentials.
Refunds and cancellations
Because karaoke products are digital and access may begin immediately after payment, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable once download access has been provided. We will review verified duplicate charges, incorrect files, corrupted files or files that cannot be accessed. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Product differences
Karaoke tracks are recreated instrumental arrangements and may not be identical to the original recording. Preview the product and review its format and available options before ordering.
