Digital Product Delivery

  • All products available on MusiqKaraokes are digital downloads (MP3 karaoke tracks and related digital audio files).

  • No physical products such as CDs, DVDs, USB drives, or other storage media will be shipped.

  • Once your payment is successfully completed, your purchased files will be available for download from your account under My Downloads.

  • In rare cases of technical issues or delayed delivery, please contact our support team, and we will assist you promptly.

Refund Policy

As our products are digital in nature, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The downloaded file is different from the product listed on the website.

  • The downloadable file does not match the provided sample due to an error on our side.

  • The karaoke track contains unintended lead vocals where the product was advertised as an instrumental karaoke version.

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

Refunds or replacements will not be approved in the following situations:

  • Purchasing the wrong song, version, language, scale, or key by mistake.

  • Ordering the incorrect product due to customer error.

  • Dissatisfaction with the musical arrangement, instrumentation, tempo, or style after purchase.

  • Minor variations between the original song and the karaoke version. Karaoke tracks are recreated instrumentals and may naturally differ from the original recording.

  • Requests made after the product has been successfully downloaded, except in the eligible cases listed above.

Quality Information

Each karaoke track includes a sample preview to help customers evaluate the audio quality before purchasing. We strongly recommend listening to the sample before placing your order.

Please note that recreated karaoke tracks may vary slightly from the original commercial recording in terms of instrumentation, arrangement, or mixing while maintaining overall musical accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been successfully processed, as digital delivery begins immediately.
