These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Musiq Karaokes website and the purchase or use of our digital karaoke products and services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

2. Digital products

Musiq Karaokes supplies downloadable karaoke files and related digital services. No physical CD, DVD or other item is shipped unless expressly stated. Available formats can include MP3, WAV and MP4, as shown on each product.

3. Product previews and differences

Please listen to the preview, read the song details and select the correct format or version before ordering. Karaoke tracks are instrumental recreations; arrangement, instrumentation, key, timing or chorus treatment may differ from the original recording.

4. Personal-use licence

A purchase gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the purchased karaoke file for personal practice and performance. The file may not be resold, shared, uploaded for redistribution, copied for others or made available through file-sharing services.

The purchase does not grant rights in the original composition, lyrics, recording, film or artwork. Customers are responsible for permissions required for public performance, broadcasting, synchronization, commercial release or monetised online use.

5. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without affecting a completed order. An order is accepted when payment is verified and the order is marked Completed. We may cancel or refund an order where payment is not authorised, a price or product error is material, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

6. Download delivery

Completed orders receive protected access to the selected files. Each purchased file is normally available for 365 days from completion and for up to 15 successful downloads. Keep account and order details secure. See Payment & Delivery for full instructions.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Digital products may be available immediately after payment. Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are therefore generally unavailable once access has been provided. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect files, corrupted files and verified access failures. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Coming Soon products and requests

A Coming Soon alert or karaoke request records interest only. It is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee that a product will be produced by a particular date. Custom services, prices, timelines and revisions are governed by the quotation or written agreement supplied for that work.

9. Website and service availability

We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and products when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but will take reasonable steps to restore service and assist with valid orders.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, original text, product artwork, custom arrangements and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Names of songs, movies, albums, artists and rights holders are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Prohibited use

You must not attempt to bypass download controls, access another customer’s order, interfere with website security, use automated tools abusively, upload malicious material or use the website for unlawful activity.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Musiq Karaokes is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, device incompatibility, third-party service failure or loss caused by misuse of a file. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
